Complaints procedures Curriculum and Relgious Worship
The governing body has approved the document setting out of the arrangements for Rhondda Cynon Taf in respect of the above. The complains procedure is summarised as follows:
Informal complaint to Headteacher and staff of school.
Formal complaint via District Eduaction Manager to the Governing Body.
Further formal complaint via (clerk of governors) to Dierctor of Education.
Formal complaint via Director of Eduation to County Members' panel.
Only after all stages approval local arrangements have benn exhauseted can the Secretary of State entertain any such complaint.
